Our challenging and fast paced graduate recruitment programme provides a combination of technical and practical experience via operational field tours, and business development exposure via functional project assignments.  This is supported by a structured programme of theoretical learning and training, tailored to suit the specific needs of each graduate.

The programme includes assignments and projects across KCA DEUTAG’s worldwide operations presenting significant opportunities for our graduates to work in a range of challenging environments and experience different cultures.  The operational field tours will require prolonged periods away from ‘home’ working in remote areas and often in harsh conditions.  The functional assignments will be spread across a range of business disciplines to provide rounded business skills and develop generalist business competence.
