In 2004, one of our key activities was the implementation of an independent CSR review, to allow us to recognise what we have done, identify if there may be more we should do, and refocus our efforts for the future. This review reported on our performance against the ten principles for business behaviour as set out in the United Nations Global Compact. It concluded that we are addressing all of the principles of the Global Compact, and can demonstrate tangible action against them. The actions, along with our performance, are reported against our five core values of:
