Each year, the policies are reviewed and refreshed, targets are adjusted to address the priorities of the organisation, and focus is brought onto local level issues.

HSE plans are maintained at both corporate and local RDS office level. Achievement of HSE Plan targets is treated as a key performance deliverable for all project managers and department managers.
