KCA DEUTAG ensures that the same robust policies and standards are implemented throughout it’s operations and ensures that these are appropriate to the local conditions.

As one of the world’s leading drilling and engineering contractors we naturally have a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. It is important for us to identify and engage with our stakeholders as to ensure that our efforts impact positively on our shareholders, employees, clients, and the communities in which we live and work.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility reporting expresses our awareness of the social, environmental, economic, and political issues affecting our sector and our day-to-day work. Importantly, our annual CSR Reports provide an opportunity to discuss how we are attending to these issues with respect to our business strategy and to tell our stakeholders about our successes and failures over the course of the year.

One of KCA DEUTAG’s Core Values is ‘business excellence’ and this applies to our efforts to operate in an ethical and socially responsible manner. Our reporting highlights those areas on which we will be focusing our efforts during the year ahead as well as reporting on the previous 12 months so that we can improve year-on-year.
