How we're making a difference
SUPPORTING WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE
A major component of our DE&I strategy is centred around women in our workplace and the traditionally male dominated industries where we work. We are committed to ensuring that KCA Deutag is a workplace where women can thrive. Currently females make up 37.5% of our Executive Leadership Team.
TACKLING UNCONCIOUS BIAS
We’ve reviewed all job descriptions through a DE&I lens, introducing specific guidelines to promote inclusivity in the hiring process. Renaming traditional job titles and providing training for senior leaders, helps us tackle unconscious bias.
ENCOURAGING EVERYONE TO HAVE A VOICE
Continuous feedback and two-way conversation enables our colleagues to have a voice, sharing their views and ideas. Our ‘We Talk’ sessions combine interaction and education, with a focus on business topics and initiatives.
ENGAGING WITH OUR COMMUNITIES THROUGH OUR GROUPS AND COMMITTEES
We encourage volunteering and interaction in the communities where we live and work and have Special Interest Groups (SIG) and social committees in action across the globe including our DE&I group which delivers against a three-year DE&I strategy.
