Alaina Ramsay Appointed as KCA Deutag Group General Counsel

KCA Deutag has announced the appointment of Alaina Ramsay as Group General Counsel effective today - 1st November 2022.

Aliana replaces Jean-Francois Bauer, the Group’s Interim General Counsel since 1st December 2021. The KCA Deutag Board and Executive Leadership Team would like to thank Jean-Francois for his support and valuable contributions to the company.

Alaina has over 20 years of commercial and corporate legal experience, having held numerous senior roles with various drilling and oilfield service providers. This includes Transocean, an international drilling contractor and most recently in the Middle East, with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) where she was General Counsel for ADNOC Drilling and helped secure the company listing in Abu Dhabi.
