As a values-led organisation this ensures we actively pursue a sustainable future for our people, our business, and the planet. Our Culture of Care consists of three pillars:
The continued implementation and development of our sustainability strategy is driven by our in-house Sustainability steering committee. Reporting to the CEO, it is made up of members of our Executive Leadership Team and our people from across our global operations who lead our sustainability workstreams. Our current focus is on four key areas:
- Decarbonisation
- Sustainability in-country
- Corporate sustainability governance
- Scope 3
Transparent reporting
To help us establish the material topics important to our operations and to demonstrate our commitment to best practice, we submit a Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (CRFD) report in accordance with UK regulatory requirements which is aligned to the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). We also consult the independent and international standards from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and reference our impacts accordingly.
